Simple Vegetarian Dinner Recipes You Can Try

3. 20 minute vegetarian white bean chili: This is a nice selection for those looking for vegan food products online they can cook faster. You only need canned beans and canned green chiles and a few spices, onions, garlic, lime and topping. 
The beans, chiles, cloves, and cayenne are added to cooked onion into which garlic and cumin have been added already. 

4. Easy hummus chickpea veggie burgers: The chickpeas, hummus, and a handful of other ingredients are mashed together and sauted for a simple vegan veggie burger.  

5. Peanut sweet potato noodles with spinach: This dinner will also take around 20 minutes. It contains spiraled sweet potatoes, peanut sauce, spinach and protein.    
In this case, spiraled sweet potatoes are tossed with spinach, drenched in peanut sauce and topped with crunchy peanuts. You can also top with baked tofu to increase protein factor. 

6. Beans and greens tacos: Tacos are made with kidney beans & rainbow chard. You can use a few spices, a few toppings, and some corn tortillas. You can also customize by switching up the tortillas and the toppings.

7. 12-minute scrambled tofu fried rice: This involves crumbling up extra-firm tofu and sauting it with spices and may be a few veggies. Tofu is used to replace scrambled eggs. 

8. Cauliflower rice black bean burrito bowls: This dinner includes a few spices, a few toppings, and some corn tortillas. The dinner will then be ready.
